Excellent!!!! Install crew was top notch! Brian is an awesome salesman. He's not pushy and he is very informative. He truly cares about his customers. I know first hand because I emailed him after hours and he always replied immediately. After our install was completed we decided to go ahead and complete our new updated look with replacing 4 more windows. I have to say that doing business with Zen Windows was so smooth and an enjoyable experience.

Went smoothly and exactly as planned. The Windows took about 2-3 weeks to come in, then were installed in 1/2 day. The crew was nice, easy going and clean. Windows look great.

This was our first experience purchasing windows and this could not have been an easier experience. As advertised and as noted in Angie's reviews, working with Brian and his team was a "no pressure" sales process. Communication was great throughout the process and the windows arrived 3 to 4 weeks after ordered. Windows were replaced in one day, which was great. I have experienced higher energy bills in the winter and summer since replacing my windows. I had hoped replacing them with these double pane energy efficient windows would safe me money from the previous windows I had on my house that were actually 40 years old, but it was the opposite, my electric bills are much higher. They are simple to open and close and are the tilt in model for ease of cleaning, which is a positive. The company was good about cleaning up after the job... read more
