We had a very large window replacement project and the entire process was extremely smooth. Brian is very knowledgeable about windows and Zen's price and value are very competitive. Make sure Zen is one of you quotes as you do your research. The installation team was efficient, polite and very neat.

Brian from Zen is pretty much exactly what you want in a contractor. We had talked to Mr. Rogers, Champion, etc and they were all outrageously expensive and super corporate. Zen is what we wanted. No mess, no fuss, quality work, responsiveness at a reasonable price. I've had my windows from almost a year now and plan to do the rest of the house when I can afford it.

This was by far the easiest home renovation (hired) experience I have ever had. Communication was excellent, super responsive. One phone call had an estimate and arranged for someone to come take measurements. No high pressure, well we can’t quote you until a sales person shows up....right....No Thanks!! The way Zen operates puts all other window companies on notice. Brian and team are great would highly recommend.

It was great. Process could not have been easier. Brian emailed me quotes for the different options, I chose one and they came out and measured. They ordered the windows and called me when they were in and we set up a time for installation. They installed them quickly, showed me what I needed to know about them and that was it. A friend at work recommended them and I would highly recommend them as well.
