It was great. Process could not have been easier. Brian emailed me quotes for the different options, I chose one and they came out and measured. They ordered the windows and called me when they were in and we set up a time for installation. They installed them quickly, showed me what I needed to know about them and that was it. A friend at work recommended them and I would highly recommend them as well.

In need of a window makeover to keep noise out and air and heat in, I was fortunate to find Brian Zimmerman of Zen Windows. Brian answered my questions over the phone, then sent me an emailed price quote and later brought out a sample window for comparison purposes. From beginning to end the entire Zen Window team were a pleasure to do business with. Owner, Brian Zimmerman, was very knowledgeable and was responsive to our every question. There were no high pressure sales tactics. Their pricing was reasonable. The entire team was responsive, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. They called and came when they said they would, all work was well done and clen up was never an issue.

Working with Zen was actually a very pleasant experience. Not only do they provide excellent product value but their professionalism, responsiveness, craftsmanship and attention to detail was all top notch. I like the sales better than others. Their sales presentation was so easy, it was like 10 minutes. Everybody else would take 2 or 3 hours. Some days there were 3 people and some days there were 4. It was half a day on Wednesday because of rain, then all day Thursday and then half a day Friday.
