Wonderful! Dealing with Zen Windows could not have been easier. From the ease of getting a quote on line (instead of having a pushy salesman come to the house) to the convenience of setting the installation appointment to the 2 short days of installation, everything went smoothly. I was kept informed at every step of the process. Another big plus is that you don't pay until everything is done and you are satisfied. I highly recommend Zen! My windows are gorgeous!

It was time to replace the nearly 50 year old single pane windows on my home. Because it is a sizeable investment I did a ton of research and scheduled appointments with 6 of the local A listed Angies list window companies. My experience with Zen Windows was excellent! The process was very easy. I submitted my request, briefly discussed my needs with Brian a bit via phone, then used email. An appointment was promptly made to measure the windows - 21 in all with a double window converted to casements. The windows came in quickly and installation was quick and very well done, both installation and clean up. Amazing company. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time and exceptional products. They were very professional and respectful when installing the windows. They were very good and leaving everything the way we left it. I was worried after install, when we realized our blind didn't fit in the window sill same way as before and we were trying to figure out how to screw them up with the new windows.
