My experience with Zen Windows was excellent! The process was very easy. I submitted my request, briefly discussed my needs with Brian a bit via phone, then used email. An appointment was promptly made to measure the windows - 21 in all with a double window converted to casements. The windows came in quickly and installation was quick and very well done, both installation and clean up. Amazing company. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time and exceptional products. They were very professional and respectful when installing the windows. They were very good and leaving everything the way we left it.
