Brian is extremely detail oriented. He will handle the entire transaction by email, phone, or in person. He came out to the house to inspect our plantation shutters to ensure they could stay mounted during install. Install went smoothly. Windows look great. There was no pressure to buy, no money needed until job completed to our satisfaction. Will use again when ready to replace the back of the house

I am very pleased with the quality of the Zen (Soflite) windows. We chose the Nirvana window to replace 1960'2 aluminum frame windows. Installation went very well; one problem with one window size which they got on immediately, had it rushed in and installed quickly. Very pleased with the installers and the whole process. Brian provided the estimate via internet with my size estimates, sent Scott to do final measurements, and had the windows in within 2 weeks, even in the busy fall season.

Zen Windows crew did an excellent job in re-placing our old, cheesey and foggy windows. The crew took their time, was very professional and answered all ofour silly questions.Our old windows you could not see out of them, barely could get them to open and you could feel how drafty they were. I delayed this project for several reasons. Since it is a rental unit I was afraid I would need to take a day off to meet someone to measure the windows and then listen to a lengthy sales presentation. I was also afraid that the replacements would leave us needing drywall repairs or at least some major paint touch-ups. I had it all wrong. The whole process was smooth and Brian was very responsive and understanding. Zen is a no pressure company that provides quick quote and answers all questions quickly. I had a quote from another company that was a 2.5 hour dog and pony show that ended with aggressive/belittling sales tactics. Zen is not this type of company. I highly recommend these guys if you a low hassle, affordable, good quality window replacement experience. FYI...I chose their top of the line windows, which is the SoftLite Pro model.
