They are a great company to do business with.On the initial callthey asked why we wanted to replace the windows. They sent me literature about their productthat was very informative. Then we set up an appointment to come out and measure. I was told it would take approximately 3 weeks to get delivery. Our experience with Zen Windows was a wonderful one. Brian Zimmerman was our sales person. He was wonderful very informative and helpful in every way. I never felt pressured or intimidated. He gave us a great product at a reasonable price. He helped fill out forms for our Homeowners Association making approval very easy. He helped us decide on style of window. Had a great experience with Brian and his team! They were low-pressure but extremely helpful, and thought of things I hadn't... It was a quick and painless process and I love the new windows! Looking forward to using Zen again on our next project.

They’re not licensed to do work in South Carolina, so I’ll find someone else for the work. They were very straightforward and easy to deal with.

The work was done timely, efficiently, and at a fair price. Brian Zimmerman, the owner, delivered everything that was promised, and his installers were courteous and knowledgeable. My wife and I are very happy with the product and the manner in which business was conducted. Payment was only made upon satisfactory completion. I would highly recommend their product and service.

Came on time and had the job completed within the same day. I could not expect the quality of the work or their professional manner could have been at any higher level that they had demonstrated. Great job. Just wish I had found them when I first started replacing all the windows.

Brian Zimmerman and his crew exceeded my expectations in every way. Brian immediately responded to my request for a window replacement, and had his estimator to my home in just a few days. The window arrived within two weeks. The installers did a perfect and professional job of replacing the window and putting on the finishing touches. I couldn't be more pleased. The window itself is beautiful and really enhances the look of the front of my home. I give these guys a well-deserved A++++++.
