Brian was very responsive to all of our inquiries. It was very impressive as responsiveness is so hard to find in contractors these days. The windows are great quality for the price. Installation went and the project manager kept us informed on the process and delivered timely. Any issues we had were resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Although they do deal with wooden casement windows that we have in our home, the company representative was very professional, and was insightful. Although they do no repair windows, they were very helpful with advice regarding that. Although we did not get work done through them, simply because they did not deal the type of windows that we have, the company appears ethical, professional, and was just willing to help with the issue at hand. Without being paid, they were helpful.

It went very smoothly. Everything went as promised, on time, and very clean when they left. They did a really, really good job. I don't think I could have gotten a better company. I'd give them an A+ if could.

Our 5 yr. old sliding glass patio door was stuck & couldn't be moved. It was evident to us that the rollers needed replacing. I contacted 11 companies/contractors. 2 would do no repairs, 4 were left messages & didn't return calls, 2 would only work on their own product, 2 wanted over $90 to just come to our home to look at the door, and each tried to convince me the door needed to be replaced, sight unseen. We used Zen Windows to install all new windows for the first floor of our house. They made it very easy for us from start to finish. I requested a quote, and got a call back very promptly from the owner, Brian. After speaking with Brian on the phone about the type of windows, number of windows, etc. that we wanted he was able to give me a preliminary quote and emailed me a lot of information about the types of windows they offer. They are a great company to do business with.On the initial callthey asked why we wanted to replace the windows. They sent me literature about their productthat was very informative. Then we set up an appointment to come out and measure. I was told it would take approximately 3 weeks to get delivery. I was notified when the windows arrived and that they would be going through an inspection process. I felt very good about that. A week later I set up a delivery date. Our experience with Zen Windows was a wonderful one. Brian Zimmerman was our sales person. He was wonderful very informative and helpful in every way. I never felt pressured or intimidated. He gave us a great product at a reasonable price. He helped fill out forms for our Homeowners Association making approval very easy. He helped us decide on style of window. Had a great experience with Brian and his team! They were low-pressure but extremely helpful, and thought of things I hadn't... It was a quick and painless process and I love the new windows! Looking forward to using Zen again on our next project.
