Replaced four large windows of condo on first floor. Brian is professional, punctual, and very responsive to your emails and calls. I could not have asked for anyone better and I feel confident in using them again in the future. Total estimated turnaround from signing contract to installation was four weeks. I would recommend Zen Windows to anyone and it beats big box retailers by 1000% in price and responsiveness. Brian is very knowledgeable and he deploys an installation team that is equally knowledgeable and professional.

Zen Windows was one of three companies that I received estimates for my windows replacement. I initially sent the owner (Brian Zimmerman) a list of the size windows I needed replaced, along with the quantity needed, and the type of style/type of windows I wanted. Brian was very responsive to all of our inquiries. It was very impressive as responsiveness is so hard to find in contractors these days. The windows are great quality for the price. Installation went and the project manager kept us informed on the process and delivered timely. Any issues we had were resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Although they do deal with wooden casement windows that we have in our home, the company representative was very professional, and was insightful. Although they do no repair windows, they were very helpful with advice regarding that. Although we did not get work done through them, simply because they did not deal the type of windows that we have, the company appears ethical, professional, and was just willing to help with the issue at hand. Without being paid, they were helpful.

Our 5 yr. old sliding glass patio door was stuck & couldn't be moved. It was evident to us that the rollers needed replacing.
