There was a problem with one of the windows. I called that Friday and the repair was made on Monday. They company was good about calling you back the same day. They did repair the window the following business day, which was a Monday.
Business response:
"It was our pleasure. Thank you!"
Very well from initial quote to installation. I loved the fact that, unlike competitors, Zen provides information and binding quotes based on your measurements via e-mail and telephone conversations rather than subject customers to a 3+ hour in-house high pressure sales pitch. "I'm glad you enjoyed our process. We agree, buying windows doesn't have to be painful. Thank you for trusting us to work on your home!"

We could not be more pleased with the experience with Zen Windows, from the first phone call to the instruction on how the windows operate after installation. A+ Thank you Zen Windows!
Business response:
"It was our pleasure! Thank you."
Brian and his team were great. I got quotes from 5 different companies and did extensive research on the windows being offered. Zen Windows had the best quality for the price and the service was excellent. I could not recommend Zen Windows enough.
Business response:
"I'm glad we met all of your expectations. Thank you."
