Should have replaced the windows 10-years ago. Can’t believe the improvement. And Brian Zimmerman, the owner of Zen Windows Carolina was easy to work with. We also feel he was honest, telling us exactly what the process would be. He even wouldn’t sell us replacement doors because they have had some problems with the previous brand and didn’t want to sell a less than superior product. Wonderful! Dealing with Zen Windows could not have been easier. From the ease of getting a quote on line (instead of having a pushy salesman come to the house) to the convenience of setting the installation appointment to the 2 short days of installation, everything went smoothly. I was kept informed at every step of the process. Another big plus is that you don't pay until everything is done and you are satisfied. I highly recommend Zen! My windows are gorgeous!

It was time to replace the nearly 50 year old single pane windows on my home. Because it is a sizeable investment I did a ton of research and scheduled appointments with 6 of the local A listed Angies list window companies. The first company I met with was Universal Windows Direct. They came out to my home and spent 2.5 hours going over their product.
