Went smoothly and exactly as planned. The Windows took about 2-3 weeks to come in, then were installed in 1/2 day. The crew was nice, easy going and clean. Windows look great.

This was our first experience purchasing windows and this could not have been an easier experience. As advertised and as noted in Angie's reviews, working with Brian and his team was a "no pressure" sales process. Communication was great throughout the process and the windows arrived 3 to 4 weeks after ordered. Windows were replaced in one day, which was great. I have experienced higher energy bills in the winter and summer since replacing my windows. I had hoped replacing them with these double pane energy efficient windows would safe me money from the previous windows I had on my house that were actually 40 years old, but it was the opposite, my electric bills are much higher. They provided me with a quote same day I contacted them and then another quote same day when I changed my mind about what I wanted. They were great about getting back to me when I emailed them about questions. Brian and Scott came out to measure and go over our order and help us make decisions about what would be best, Everyone was friendly and professional including the installation crew. They did a great job and in the time frame they had given us.

After sending him a list of windows and approximate sizes Brian took time via email to provide me with different pricing options and product literature to consider.
