They provided excellent advice, but do not do repairs.

Everyone was professional and prompt. There were no sales pitches and the quote was sent online. The windows look great on our 1965 brick ranch. I would definitely recommend Zen Windows to anyone looking to replace their windows.

Scott came out to take an exact measurement for the windows; the windows were ordered and we were kept up-to-date on delivery and the process. Incredible. Wish all home-improvement businesses operated like Zen Windows Carolina. Brian answered my initial call and all of my questions. He produced the initial estimate without a visit. Pricing was reasonable. Window manufacturer checked-out as being at-or-near top-tier. First visit was for measurements. Second visit was to install. The process was very easy and low key. I sent Brian pictures and he came out to verify a few measurements, then sent me a quote. Even though I viewed the windows online, I asked for homes in my areas that had used Zen. He readily provided several addresses and I went by the homes. As stated in the agreement, nothing was paid until I was satisfied. The work went smoothly and the installers did a great job of cleaning up. They were very courteous and answered all my questions. I reached out for an estimate to get 3 windows replaced where seals had broken. Brian replied back and informed me that it was a common problem, but whole window replacement wasn’t needed, which is what his company does. Instead of trying to wiggle in and give me something I didn’t need, he offered names for two other companies that may be a better fit. That takes INTEGRITY and I greatly appreciate it. If I ever needed full window replacement, Zen is the first place I would turn.

We had an excellent experience with Zen Windows. Brian, Scott, and their crew are really easy to work with and Zen's prices were the best we could find in the area. The windows are high quality and if there are any issues Brian is very responsive and, again, easy to work with. We're keeping Zen in mind for when we want to replace our entry doors.

We obtained estimates from 3 other companies that provided high pressure 2 hour long sales presentations. Not fun, and they were not always truthful. For example, they said one thing about their warranties but found a difference when we asked to see the hardcopy. We investigated replacement windows extensively online.
