From start to finish, we were very happy with Brian and his professionalism. He made the window and door replacement process very easy and kept us up to date from the beginning of the project to the end. The installers, Warren and Glen were great to work with, friendly and very respectful of our property. We would definitely choose Zen Windows again for our project.

It went very well. They were meticulous about taking down any inside wall hangings that might be affected by the outside work. They finished all the windows in one day and the work was impeccable. The windows are high-quality and we're very satisfied.

Brian made window replacement an easy part of my home renovation. The crew was on time and professional and all work was completed in one day. Brian from Zen is pretty much exactly what you want in a contractor. We had talked to Mr. Rogers, Champion, etc and they were all outrageously expensive and super corporate. Zen is what we wanted. No mess, no fuss, quality work, responsiveness at a reasonable price. I've had my windows from almost a year now and plan to do the rest of the house when I can afford it.
