Overall, it went well. Both Brian and Scott are sometimes difficult to reach but they usually contact you. The job took a little longer than I hoped but as we were not in a hurry it did not matter.

Work was done 9 months ago. We did extensive investigation prior to our meetings with salespeople from 4 companies, First, it was very easy to obtain all the needed information to make a decision to go with Zen Windows from Brian online, and that surprised me since we met with other companies in person. It was a great experience. No high pressure sales pitch or telling me how much better their windows were. The crew showed up on time and did a great job. The new windows are great. The first thing we noticed was how much quieter it was. We are glad we made the decision to go with Zen Windows.

Everyone was professional and prompt. There were no sales pitches and the quote was sent online. The windows look great on our 1965 brick ranch. I would definitely recommend Zen Windows to anyone looking to replace their windows.
