Zen replaced 13 of my windows. We are so happy now! They were great to work with, gave us a better price, did everything they said they were going to do, performed a flawless installation, and cleaned up and hauled away the old windows. Zen is the best!
The service from the company beginning with the phone call after I requested a quote has been excellent. What I liked about the company was there was no pressure once I received the quote. Well, I did my homework (I'm an engineer), looked at construction of window, price, efficiency and everything else and went with Zen on all my windows. Couldn't be happier.

From the initial quote, to ordering, to scheduling, to installation, I was kept updated every step of the way. Install was prompt, professional, neat, and timely. An excellent product for a fair price. The total project cost was less than 1/3 that of the other highly-advertised, high-pressure competitors. Phenomenal experience!!! No hassle, no hard-sell/upselling techniques. Just great people selling quality windows with a "we are here for you when are ready and you need us" attitude.
