Low pressure sales approach. Installation was quick and professional. Few little things that they needed to come back and do, but they promptly fixed anything that needed attention without question. I would definitely use them again. Shout out to staff like Natalie, Scott and Marco their attention to details was fabulous. There were more that deserve a shout out, but I can’t remember everyone’s names.
I had a really great experience with Zen Windows! Jennifer was so friendly and easy to work with from the very beginning. I really appreciated how open and honest she was throughout the entire process. There was never any pressure, which made the whole experience so much easier. The pricing was very competitive, and I was honestly surprised by how quickly everything came together. The installation team was great as well. Did the job fast and the windows seem great. The screens are so clear I couldn’t even tell they were there. Quick quality installation
Zen Windows made the entire process simple and stress‑free. The quote was straightforward and budget‑friendly, scheduling was flexible, and the installation team was punctual, professional, and detail‑oriented. The quality of both the product and the workmanship exceeded my expectations, especially considering the competitive pricing. Follow‑up communication was excellent as well. I’m very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Zen Windows to anyone looking for great quality at a fair price.
The workmanship on the install was fantastic. The quoting process was easy & straightforward. Stars deducted bevause it took a very long time. Nearly every window had service issues with broken pieces, dangerously sharp (and ugly) welds, etc. I also ordered a custom color that was not the same color as the chip I selected. Zen was responsive, but took several trips and many months to complete. In the end, I still didn?t get the color I expe... read more

Zen Windows installed a new patio door for me and the work was perfect. Ty, Erika, Scott and the rest of the team made it one of the best experiences. No question was left unanswered and the actual installation was fast! Overall, an A+! Ok
From our very first contact with Zen Windows in our living room, we knew we had invited the right contractor to bid on our replacement windows. From this first conversation, we learned about the high quality product, the clear/concise contract review, and the financing options. When the day arrived for the installation of all twelve of our old windows, the professional crew displayed expert team work, efficiency, and great communication skills, keeping us informed of their progress. Our experience with Zen Windows was the ve... read more
