The workmanship on the install was fantastic. The quoting process was easy & straightforward. Stars deducted bevause it took a very long time. I placed the order in Aug 2025, and the final work was not completed until June 2026. Nearly every window had service issues with broken pieces, dangerously sharp (and ugly) welds, etc. I also ordered a custom color that was not the same color as the chip I selected. Zen replaced 13 of my windows. We are so happy now! They were great to work with, gave us a better price, did everything they said they were going to do, performed a flawless installation, and cleaned up and hauled away the old windows. Zen is the best!
The service from the company beginning with the phone call after I requested a quote has been excellent. What I liked about the company was there was no pressure once I received the quote.
