The crew was punctual and removed and installed the windows in a little over 6 hours. I was concerned about what they would find when removing the 1922 rope and weight windows but everything went very smoothly. I had done quite a bit of research and this company and window consistently was the highest rated. Great....the porch looks and feels fantastic. No more wet porch after rain, or shredded blinds from the wind. The windows move easily and the door is terrific in the way the screen operates. I have received many compliments on the appearance. And no issues so far with function. The only minor issue was they forgot to send two screens but they are on the way. My son owns the house

Zen made the window replacement process very easy. From the start, to get a quote we just had to take some pictures of our current windows and email to Zen. No hours spent with a salesperson in our home, pushing there if you order today deals. When our windows came in, their install team made sure we knew what to expect and kept as distant as they could from our family. We quickly received an email quote based on pictures and the rough measurements we emailed to Zen, as well as quick responses to several questions. Being hands-on people, we asked Brian (Zen president) to come to our home to show us an actual window sample and he came at a mutually agreeable time. Quoting process very easy to compare prices with no home visit required. Very friendly and helpful throughout the process. High quality windows and competitive pricing. Overall, it went well. Both Brian and Scott are sometimes difficult to reach but they usually contact you. The job took a little longer than I hoped but as we were not in a hurry it did not matter.
