Fantastic experience with Zen Windows from start to finish. The estimate could be done without a visit to the house. There was no big sales pitch or pressure to move forward. Just a "we're here when you need us" attitude, which was a welcome change compared to other window companies. We asked multiple questions and made several changes throughout the planning process. great windows, onsite service, 31 windows installed and capped in 1 day with minor touch up work the second day. HVAC Runs half as much. Great communication between sales and installers. Very professional with the wood repairs they encountered. Will recommend over Champion, Window World/Nation, or anderson any day of the week and half the cost of the cheaper guys with better quality.

Zen is one of, if not the most, easy companies to deal with. No high pressure and no BS. They worked with me when I had to delay the window installation.

Talked to 6 different companies. Evaluated all the specs and the Allure window supplied by Zen Windows was the one I chose. Price - excellent. Construction - perfect. installation - amazing. Overall, an excellent experience. I was given an accurate quote up front without any difficulty. The install team showed up on time and worked very hard in 90 degree temperatures for four days. It was a fairly big job, 25 windows, several of which were oversized and one huge bay window. In addition, the windows they took out were 70 years old and very difficult to extract. The Zen experience was very refreshing for me. I hate playing the game of a salesman taking hours of my time and then giving me a high price that he or she finally brings down to something I can live with. With Zen, I contacted them and was asked a few questions about what I wanted. I took some pictures of the house with measurements of the windows as close as I could get. The whole process went very smoothly. Installation was fast and well done, the windows look great. There was no high pressure sale pitch requiring you to sign up in the next 30 minute to get the "low price deal". The windows where reasonably price and are of a high quality. I plan to use Zen Windows again for the remaining windows.
