The Zen experience was very refreshing for me. I hate playing the game of a salesman taking hours of my time and then giving me a high price that he or she finally brings down to something I can live with. With Zen, I contacted them and was asked a few questions about what I wanted. I took some pictures of the house with measurements of the windows as close as I could get. The whole process went very smoothly. Installation was fast and well done, the windows look great. There was no high pressure sale pitch requiring you to sign up in the next 30 minute to get the "low price deal". The windows where reasonably price and are of a high quality. I plan to use Zen Windows again for the remaining windows.

They do what they claim on their web site and are very thorough and professional to work with. No pressure and no hassle from beginning to end. The windows they offer are top of line and we are very pleased with their quality. I am a retired engineer and I am impressed by the Provia window technical specifications.
