Wonderful experience from start to finish. We were kept updated every step of the process. All permits & copies of paperwork were emailed to us without us even having to request them. All this and their price was hundreds less than another top company. Our roof is beautiful.

Quality Craftsmen is an excellent company to deal with. Salesmen, supervisors, and office personal were extremely helpful with any questions that we had. Workman ship was excellent with the roofing crew. Our neighbors on both side have commented how nice the new roof looks. Home and garden shed were completed 3/2/22. Service: Roof installation

Excellent experience with this company from start to finish. Salesman, office personal, and supervisors were all very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Warranty was excellent versus competing companies. Installation crew were excellent and hard working. We had both our home roof and our garden shed redone with the heavier underlayment and ridge vent material. Would not hesitate to use them for other home improvement projects. This company was right on with price and quality of work! Their bid was thousands of dollars cheaper Than their competitors. Worker showed up on time, we're very conscientious very respectful of my house. Their work was completed in two days and they cleaned up completely on both days. Workers did an excellent job in installing my shower.

Excellent job remodeling my bathtub and shower walls. They made everything right and had quick response from office when I had the spout come off. They came quickly and corrected it. I love my tub and shower walls.

Rude and do not listen.I requested to be contacted through an online form. I received a text right away that asked when they could call. I said tomorrow after 10am. At 8am they called several times in a row until ai answered. Absolutely horrific customer service!!! This company came to our home and gave us a proposal for a kitchen remodel which my husband and I signed up for a very costly nearly $30,000 remodel. The salesman **** upper did not give us any information about a strict three day cancellation period. This was right before the Christmas holiday and we had to cancel because the salesman gave us conflicting information about the project scope and how it had to be handled.
