My mom loves her new walk-in shower by Quality Craftsmen. Our experience with Quality Craftsmen from the initial consultation for a tub to shower conversion, to the installation process, went smoothly and timely. Everyone was professional and listened to what we were needing. The installation team left the bathroom in immaculate condition upon completion of the job. I am quite charmed at the finished results. I especially want to thank "*******" who remedied my not quite warm enuf water. He turned my water heater UP!The project took just under two days. Everything was gorgeous..expert plumbing, fixtures, panels..all yummy. I am well pleased.

They aren't what they claim to be "Quality". The builders/workmen are fine. The company is poor. Measurements on cabinets not reported correctly so many pieces to cabinets didnt fit or wasn't even for my order. One cabinet supposed to have glass and glass for only one side showed up. At my house for 5 days now. Completion cannot take place this week because incorrect pieces and correct pieces havent shown up yet. Then have called numerous times to speak to someone about my monthly payments. Question is whether they started t... read more
