I had a problem with the volume on the phone on their end and had to keep telling them I could hardly hear them. It eventually got clearer. I made the appointment and the salesman was very respectful and professional.

Just spoke with ***** from Quality Craftsman and he did the basic questions and had excellent service and answered all my questions before the estimate person will be here and scheduled on my schedule. Told me the persons name and timing of his arrival for estimator for a bathroom redesign.

We were pleased with the neat removal of the old tub, toilet, light, sink and cabinet during the first day of the project. The next three days the new shower, walls, floor, sink, cabinet and lighting were installed. Everything looks great and is operating perfectly. They were very nice and professional.
had a small leak develop from the roof job they did (these things can happen )They got on it very fast with great communication and excellent service !!I would recommend these people to anyone out there . They are the best !!!
