We have contracted with Quality Craftsmen to take out a tub and replace with a shower. Our Project Consultant, **** *****, has a very professional and customer friendly attitude and educated us thoroughly on the process and the products. I had a problem with the volume on the phone on their end and had to keep telling them I could hardly hear them. It eventually got clearer. I made the appointment and the salesman was very respectful and professional.
