**** from QC with his professional service, knowledge of the product and the consistency to check in with us throughout the whole process is why I would go with QC to do any more of our bathroom remodels and to recommend them to anyone else. The understanding to increase our quality of life with a handicap accessible bathroom just goes to show that he cares for his clients needs and to give them what they need. Great Experience, and stunning tub to walk-in shower conversion. Their quote was the lowest of the four I received from three big companies, and quality Craftsmen were not pushy to make the sale. QC did a recent shower remodel in our 60 year old house. Despite some residual supply chain issues and a couple of other hiccups, we are extremely pleased with the result. **** worked with us our initial quote and contract and was very friendly, but professional. He was also available and responsive to us throughout the project. ***** in customer service also really went the extra mile for us, keeping us informed and working with us during delays beyond QC's control. Quality Craftsmen is exactly what it says, QUALITY! From *** who helped me with planning my kitchen refacing, to **** that came in a did the final measuring, to **** and his wife (i'm sorry , I don't know her name)that did the installation and all the people I spoke with. They were top notch people and the workmanship is excellent.
