I received a call back within hours of my search from them, was able to get a consult the next day! **** came out and was super helpful with all of my specific needs! Great customer service! Tons of different options to choose from and they bring the samples to see and compare with your bathroom.

I was delighted when I hired Quality Craftsman LLC to help me install a shower in my bathroom. I have had a Jacuzzi since my husband, and I bought this house 37 years ago. Three men came and worked on tearing out my jacuzzi and building a shower. Quality Craftsman was the only company that would build a shower the size of my jacuzzi. What a great job! No pressure to purchase, listened to my wants, and promised a quality product. The person installing was phenomenal! He and his daughter are quite a team; they left the house probably cleaner than when they entered. Eric is truly a craftsman. I couldn't be more satisfied with the appearance, the product, the installation, and, most especially, the workmanship.
