Absolutely horrific customer service!!! This company came to our home and gave us a proposal for a kitchen remodel which my husband and I signed up for a very costly nearly $30,000 remodel. The salesman **** upper did not give us any information about a strict three day cancellation period. This was right before the Christmas holiday and we had to cancel because the salesman gave us conflicting information about the project scope and how it had to be handled. I am extremely happy with the work that Quality Craftsmen completed with my master bathroom. From the first contact and planning to removing the tub, and then creating a walk-in shower all was professionally completed. The installation by ******* ******* ******, and ****** was carefully completed and timely. ********************* with ***** also proved most helpful. I highly recommend their work.

Quality craftsmen did a fantastic job.****** and Martes did a great job,they were very organized and left no mess at all.They finished the job in a day and a half and they kept me informed at all times.I will strongly recommend them to anyone who is interested in remodeling their bathroom.

I had one bathroom renovated and the vanity in the other refaced. Quality Craftsmen were professional from sale to completion. The installers were considerate and friendly and the office kept me informed as to when they were coming, and whom I should expect. They work was professionally accomplished, and I feel that if I have future concerns, they will be handled expeditiously..... .very pleased

All I can say is WOW. Our bathroom project came out amazing and was very quickly finished while being professionally done. **** explained the whole process and went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.
