Quality Craftsman replaced an old bathtub and tile surround with a beautiful metal soaker tub that I chose from **********. The surround was composed of PVC panels with no grout lines. The shower sprayer and faucet were of good quality. The project turned out beautifully and we were very glad that we contacted Quality Craftsman to do the work. We are especially glad to have met our initial company representative, ***** ********. He helped us develop the project which totally came to pass!

The initial sales representatives are knowledgeable and talk through the process upfront of what to expect when the onsite representative shows up. They also manage the expectations of what is offered and why they don't carry certain product lines
