I felt very comfortable speaking to ******* and **** they were extremely kind and patient very informative and they helped me make my decision easier. Im proud to be able to convert my guest tub into a walk in shower that would be safer and more convenient for my mom to use. The accessories will definitely make it much more elderly accessible. I cant wait to see the final product. Will definitely update once complete.. :)

They did an excellent job and we had zero issues. The installers were prompt, courteous, competent and CLEAN!! The tub to walk in shower is beautiful and I really couldnt be more pleased! Id use them again!

We are just in the beginning of our project. **** the sales gentleman was very professional with a lot of samples to assist us in the design of our project. We are very satisfied with what was presented for our remodel of our full bathroom. We are excited to start our bathroom project and we will be following up with pictures to share at the conclusion. We give Quality Craftsmen a five star rating!!
Spoke with ** (not sure of the spelling) about setting up an appointment for a quote on a tube to shower replacement. She was very helpful with the information she provided and I was able to schedule the appointment for the same day.
Anacia was very friendly and helpful in setting up the meeting for someone to come out and give us a quote for our bathroom remodel.
