***NOT high pressure*** Chris was down to earth, honest and accommodating. He listened to what our scope of work was and informed us of options that we could consider. He left us with a detailed estimate and let us know how different options would affect the pricing. It was exactly what we hopped for.

Christian with the Jacksonville location was awesome with getting the job done. The process from start to finish was great. We had a few hang ups with the j Durante but Christian was professional and worked through the process. The roofing crew was good. I would just advise that the roofing crew be more careful with the grass on the properties. The machine that was operated with gas or oil caused burnt spots on my lawn. Wonderful experience from start to finish. We were kept updated every step of the process. All permits & copies of paperwork were emailed to us without us even having to request them. All this and their price was hundreds less than another top company. Our roof is beautiful.

Quality Craftsmen is an excellent company to deal with. Salesmen, supervisors, and office personal were extremely helpful with any questions that we had. Excellent experience with this company from start to finish. Salesman, office personal, and supervisors were all very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Warranty was excellent versus competing companies. Installation crew were excellent and hard working. We had both our home roof and our garden shed redone with the heavier underlayment and ridge vent material. Would not hesitate to use them for other home improvement projects. This company was right on with price and quality of work! Their bid was thousands of dollars cheaper Than their competitors. Worker showed up on time, we're very conscientious very respectful of my house. Their work was completed in two days and they cleaned up completely on both days. Workers did an excellent job in installing my shower.

Excellent job remodeling my bathtub and shower walls. They made everything right and had quick response from office when I had the spout come off. They came quickly and corrected it. I love my tub and shower walls.

The bathroom renovation price $20,000 is overpriced. The shower keeps getting wet because the shower rod was not properly installed and doesnt close fully due to something that needed to be done due to lack of knowing measurements from the salesman and companys end. There's a big space. Also, the bottom is not as hight for the floor not to get wet like it was advised that the floor was not going to get wet. No, I decided not to do the walking shower, in my humble opinion I thought that $12,200, after all the discounts, was too expensive just for a walking shower.
