Absolutely horrific customer service!!! This company came to our home and gave us a proposal for a kitchen remodel which my husband and I signed up for a very costly nearly $30,000 remodel. The salesman **** upper did not give us any information about a strict three day cancellation period. Quality Craftsmen replaced a roof for us in May, 2021 with a 15 yr warranty.The roof developed a leak, and we immediately reported it to them on 9/29/23 @ 2:44 pm.On 10/11/23, @ 9:56 am, we received a call back from ****.I advised **** of the damaged fan, flooring and water being slung onto our TV. He stated that they would cover everything.After one failed attempt, a second repair was scheduled for 1/10/24. QC sent a single roofer, ****, from ************ to attempt a new repair.This repair was carving a valley into the tap... read more

I had a roof installed and my gutters are messed up all the way around. The gutters are about 5 yrs old and I have the receipt to prove it. Please note the phrase "to prove" I will touch on that later. To their credit I did email a picture of "this is not how they found it", and it was just one section of my gutters and the paint that they thinned out with a dirty rag. Have had bad experience with Quality Craftsman and cannot recommend them. Contracted with them for bathroom renovation and paid $8500.00 deposit - we agreed to supply all materials. After finally getting a start date they demanded an additional $10,000 deposit before they would start. Total deposit would have been over 50% of cost of job. We refused and cancelled the contract and demanded a refund of our deposit - they refused. We took them to court and got a judgment against them for deposit and costs. Lets start with the positive. The windows that we got are amazing, high quality double pane windows that block out 90% of the sound around us. But that is all that I can say is good. DO NOT hire them unless you have a high degree of knowledge & competency in construction methods, a ton of time to manage them & the patience to sit around waiting for answers.
