I decided that I did not want the type of products or service that Quality Craftsmen wanted to perform for me. I contacted a list of contractors on Angi's List and QC was the third one that came to give me an estimate. High pressure sales in my home along with the offer to get $4 grand off the price if I signed that night. I initially agreed. A couple of days later someone called to go over my work order. The bathroom renovation price $20,000 is overpriced. The shower keeps getting wet because the shower rod was not properly installed and doesnt close fully due to something that needed to be done due to lack of knowing measurements from the salesman and companys end. There's a big space. Also, the bottom is not as hight for the floor not to get wet like it was advised that the floor was not going to get wet. No, I decided not to do the walking shower, in my humble opinion I thought that $12,200, after all the discounts, was too expensive just for a walking shower.

I regret hiring this company. They subcontracted for the install and it was a poorly executed. I am now hiring another company to fix their work.

Rude and do not listen.I requested to be contacted through an online form. I received a text right away that asked when they could call. I said tomorrow after 10am. At 8am they called several times in a row until ai answered. I still set an appointment.After the appointment was set, I received a notice saying that my wife and I would both need to be present and engaged for their ***** minute presentation and I called back to let them know that would not work and that I would be trying other companies.The next day I received ... read more

Absolutely horrific customer service!!! This company came to our home and gave us a proposal for a kitchen remodel which my husband and I signed up for a very costly nearly $30,000 remodel. The salesman **** upper did not give us any information about a strict three day cancellation period. This was right before the Christmas holiday and we had to cancel because the salesman gave us conflicting information about the project scope and how it had to be handled. Quality Craftsmen replaced a roof for us in May, 2021 with a 15 yr warranty.The roof developed a leak, and we immediately reported it to them on 9/29/23 @ 2:44 pm.On 10/11/23, @ 9:56 am, we received a call back from ****.I advised **** of the damaged fan, flooring and water being slung onto our TV. He stated that they would cover everything.After one failed attempt, a second repair was scheduled for 1/10/24. QC sent a single roofer, ****, from ************ to attempt a new repair.This repair was carving a valley into the tap... read more

Thanks for your response, however it is not an accurate recount of events. We are a company with a 30+ year history of quality work & excelent workmanship. The original leak occured because of a poor framing design & flat slope issue from the existing framing. We repaired the issue imediatly and we stand behind the warranty. We agreed on the reimbursement amount of $3,500 & we are prepared to issue the reimbursement as agreed. We can't be held ****** for exagerated amounts or extortion.
