Quality Craftsmen is an excellent company to deal with. Salesmen, supervisors, and office personal were extremely helpful with any questions that we had. Workman ship was excellent with the roofing crew. Our neighbors on both side have commented how nice the new roof looks. Home and garden shed were completed 3/2/22. Service: Roof installation

Excellent experience with this company from start to finish. Salesman, office personal, and supervisors were all very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Warranty was excellent versus competing companies. Installation crew were excellent and hard working. We had both our home roof and our garden shed redone with the heavier underlayment and ridge vent material. Would not hesitate to use them for other home improvement projects. This company was right on with price and quality of work! Their bid was thousands of dollars cheaper Than their competitors. Worker showed up on time, we're very conscientious very respectful of my house. Their work was completed in two days and they cleaned up completely on both days. Workers did an excellent job in installing my shower.

Excellent job remodeling my bathtub and shower walls. They made everything right and had quick response from office when I had the spout come off. They came quickly and corrected it. I love my tub and shower walls.

Installed a shower in my home. They did not do as I had asked but moved in a direction that was good for ******** I am stuck with a shower I had paid $20.000 for and cannot use at I cannot get my wheelchair into the shower area due to it being too high.Customer service is disgusting. No return calls. They got paid and left. This is purposed to be an *** company that looks after the needs of disabled people!!Not so. Do not deal with the company if you want the job done correctly. They do not stand by their work.

I am very disappointed with the quality of work and customer service I received. After my bathroom remodel was completed, I noticed that the toilet was loose and not properly secured. I contacted the company and explained the issue. They came to inspect it and told me that the toilet was tight and there was nothing wrong with it.However, the toilet is still loose and moves when it is used. Thanks for the opportunity to respond. There were 2 bathroom projects and both were completed in July and Spetember of 2025 (10 & 8 months ago). The new showers and vanities look fantastic and the renovation went really well. In early May 2026 we were contacted about a loose toilet. After repeated attempts we were able to schedule an inspection on May 12th. Upon inspection, the toilet was secure and installed correctly. I decided that I did not want the type of products or service that Quality Craftsmen wanted to perform for me. I contacted a list of contractors on Angi's List and QC was the third one that came to give me an estimate. High pressure sales in my home along with the offer to get $4 grand off the price if I signed that night. I initially agreed. A couple of days later someone called to go over my work order. The bathroom renovation price $20,000 is overpriced. The shower keeps getting wet because the shower rod was not properly installed and doesnt close fully due to something that needed to be done due to lack of knowing measurements from the salesman and companys end. There's a big space. Also, the bottom is not as hight for the floor not to get wet like it was advised that the floor was not going to get wet.
