I had a roof installed and my gutters are messed up all the way around. The gutters are about 5 yrs old and I have the receipt to prove it. Please note the phrase "to prove" I will touch on that later. To their credit I did email a picture of "this is not how they found it", and it was just one section of my gutters and the paint that they thinned out with a dirty rag. Have had bad experience with Quality Craftsman and cannot recommend them. Contracted with them for bathroom renovation and paid $8500.00 deposit - we agreed to supply all materials. After finally getting a start date they demanded an additional $10,000 deposit before they would start. Total deposit would have been over 50% of cost of job. We refused and cancelled the contract and demanded a refund of our deposit - they refused. We took them to court and got a judgment against them for deposit and costs. Lets start with the positive. The windows that we got are amazing, high quality double pane windows that block out 90% of the sound around us. But that is all that I can say is good. DO NOT hire them unless you have a high degree of knowledge & competency in construction methods, a ton of time to manage them & the patience to sit around waiting for answers.
