Still waiting for some one to come and finish some things that s not complete.
I had my 1st meeting with the salesman around 12/4/19 to review and get an estimate, 1st off they tell you upfront they are going to give you 3 prices and the longer you wait to sign the more it cost. I signed a contract for a total bathroom renovation at an original cost of 24,000.00 and paid them 10% as a down payment, then waited to have the second meeting or 12/27/19 for the second meeting and paid another 20% and was told the job would cost an extra 1000.00 because of their miscalculation of materials. next thing I am w... read more
THEY DISCONNECTED THE DRAIN IN THE TUB AND CROSS THREADED IT AFTER THEY FINISHED PAINTING IT . THAT CREATED A WATER LEAK THAT CAUSED MAJOR DAMAGE TO MY KITCHEN CEILING FROM THE WATER LEAK COMING DOWN THROUGH THE DRYWALL . THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED THE DRAIN PIPE THAT CAUSED THE DAMAGE BUT STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO REPAIR THE CEILING IN THE KITCHEN BELOW . I SURE HOPE I DON,T HAVE TO GO AND GET LEGAL HELP FOR THEM TO REPAIR THE DRYWALL DAMAGE
Two ladies came to look at my bathroom ask a bunch of questions not even pertaining to the bathroom then wanted to fill out a survey I asked them to leave they would not leave it took me 10 minutes asking them to leave and threaten to call the police do not want anything to do with remodel USA
I hired them to remodel a bathroom to make it handicap accessible, adding a shower, taking out a closet and moving plumbing and electric. My issue is handicap grab bar is unsafe it broke loose, the handicap toilet is not secure and is loose, the entry door is warped and not plumb and they never installed the door nob, and no striker plate on frame. I don t like that after three weeks they still don t have my crown molding. The project manager has only made two appearances, so no one checks behind them. I know their professionals but me as the homeowner would like to know what s going on.
After the project stay on them for punch list items, in my case, they have never been completed.
We decided to go with them, however we are regretting our unwise decision now. 1) When the project person visited for measurements he was rude to my husband about some planning ideas(there was another witness). Due to kindness of the salesperson we gave the company a 2nd chance after we met with him again. 2) It has been absolutely poor communication with the planning people too.
They take too long. Ordering is always delayed and is wrong.
