I signed a contract in April and I have yet to have a permit or anything else and I have not heard from them in over a month. They took my down payment and have not even started the job and the finish date was July 15th and not even a permit pulled.
The job is finished and I am not happy. They did not seal the marble counter top and they installed it backwards. The polished end faces the back wall. I just discovered that they knocked a hole in the wall of a closet in the hallway outside of the bathroom . I did report a few problems after they finished . I told them that the space heater did not work. Remodel usa finally came out after weeks of me calling. They showed up with a huge attitude. Very poor workmanship. An eight day job took two months because they had to fix poor work done. Management very unprofessional. Over priced for the work they do. I would never use this company or refer anyone to use them.
The quality of work was solid; but the customer service, the sales people, and the overall price for what I had done was pretty bad.
I was impressed with their presentation but the man that I was working with became pushy about financing. They didn't completely restore the parts of the house that they had to disassemble to get the tub in, for example the molding around the door was not put back on properly.
It took months to finish the work , very expensive and had problems with communication regarding what I was actually getting
Work as described for the basic build-out is not what ended up on the contract. This led to an uncomfortable discussion when it came time to look at the bathroom.
The project manager was horrible, no communication at all including not telling me when they were starting. I had to figure out what to do with the 7 different workers that came to my home. The project took 2 months instead of the estimated 2 1/2 weeks due to total lack of planning and availability of resources. It was very painful.
The 2 tile men (Danny and Cory) for the bathroom were excellent and professional. The 2 men (Denis and Vlad) were unprofessional and messy. Took no regard to my home and my carpet which we said we were keeping. They left their tools everywhere. They came and left whenever they wanted Management was also terrible.
