They call and ask about the service regularly, however, they do nothing about it. They installed the showers incorrectly, we contracted in Oct and it is March and they are still not done, they claimed they can do our front door, then stated they could not after the signatures. They would not provide a breakdown of what we were getting installed in our bathroom. They used discontinued models and they did not give us what we were promised at the table. My small bathroom project took over 2 months, project manager never call I have to call him about status.
Great result, I was shocked at price and customer service after project was completed. It took 5 to 8 calls to get the right person to address 2 issues. Also, they kept calling me to start another project and when I?d say they needed to address something first the person seemed not to hear me.
They were scheduled for my appointment on October 1st at 6:30 P.M. This was confirmed, and I even received a coupon for the service via email. No one arrived. I contacted their dispatch center, which said that they didn't have my appointment listed. I have never heard back from the company.
1. Cost: Too expensive, at the high end of Home Advisor estimated bathroom remodel costs. Remodel USA incentivizes their employees to sell the most expensive remodel package they can because they receive a percentage of the total sales price. 2. Contentious: Too many managers and too few workers. And no designer in the process, just a salesperson with a tile board selection. There is no communication with the customer. I never saw my project manager except when I complained, and now the deck has failed inspection by the county. HORRIBLE!
The movers were wonderful and very careful to not scratches walls or floors and were punctual.
This was the worst experience we have every had with a remodel. I would stay far away from this company, I have many pictures that I can share. This was not an experience, this was a total nightmare.
Were never on time, seemed bothered when you ask questions. Used them before years ago and they were excellent (1997-1998)but now UUUGGGHHH!
