For the most part the schedule of the project and quality was very good. However, I believe that it still is overpriced. Also, once the second and final payment was made, it was very hard to get them to come back for details that needed to be corrected.

My original review was done during the project, after seeing my review I was contacted by the vp of the company and he has done all he could to get the project done in the best way possible. While I would not recommend the plumber (chris) due to poor work ethics the other employees have tried to do all they could to make the project go well.
Great product but needs work on communication with customer. There were times I wasn't sure what was going on with project. Felt it took a little longer than quoted. But I am satisfied with finished product.
BE SHOULD YOU READ THE CONTRACT . AND IT SAY WHAT THE SALESPRESON TELL YOU ' BECAUSE IT WAS A LITTLE DIFFER .
It' took longer than was expected. I was not able to be there at completion to inspect the work . There were a few things that could have been better but overall the basement looked good.
Great job in just one week. amazing! Nick was a pleasure to work with and presented himself well. Ed and the rest of the crew worked hard and were always available when I needed them. A job well done guys!
The installers were very friendly and professional.
Gary was great to work it. Henry was an excellent on-site foreman. The arrived on time. The basement looks great!
