Great work and customer service
Final product was fantastic, just took a lot longer than expected and communication not so good
They have really good people working for them but they drop the ball several times, not very good on timing. Lots of issues from project manager side
They move quickly and I am satisfied with work

They did great work- but wish they would follow through with returning phone calls when expected
Follow on/Customer service excellent. I needed some additional 'accessories' 10 years after the project and they were provided promptly. Have recommended to friends and colleagues since our install was completed.
