Reece Builders take too long and do not do what they say.
The job still hasn't been completed. I'm still waiting on the front door and sliders. I still have a window sitting in my yard.
Poor communication; we kept getting sales calls asking if we were ready to place an order after we had already place the order two months before; left the dining window unsealed for 4 days that allowed bugs into the house and I could not run air conditions during that time; lied to about when the cracked window would be replaced; lied to about finacing expiration. Still waiting for cracked window to be replaced. Job is not yet complete!
It has been 8 months to a year and things are still unfinished. We do not hear back from them when we leave messages. We are unable to get the inspection done.
It was a very terrible experience with Leafguard of Kansas. It was supposed to be, like, a week job and it took like three to two months. They act like they didn't know what they were doing. I wished we would have shopped around more and got more from other people first.
