I am very unhappy with my new windows. When we received the sales presentation, we were told there would be noise reduction. That has not been the case. At the time of the presentation, the glass was very thick. The glass that was installed does not look the same. We spent a lot of money to install these storm windows. We thought the cost would be worth it because of the lighting, noise reduction, and temperature control. I see absolutely no difference from the old windows.
