We had some difficulties with the windows when they were first installed. It took time and everything was adjusted and made correct.
I was very pleased from the very beginning when Amanda came by to show me the various windows. It 100% professionalism and courtesy. She was thorough and knowledgeable of the product during our question and answer session. I was also just as pleased with the 3 installers that came out to replace these hurricane windows. Everything was 100% across the board.
They were exceptionally clean. I'm very pleased with the workmanship.
