I am very unhappy with my new windows. When we received the sales presentation, we were told there would be noise reduction. That has not been the case. At the time of the presentation, the glass was very thick. The glass that was installed does not look the same. We spent a lot of money to install these storm windows. The people who installed the windows were top-notch, but they got me in by telling me they would give me a break because I'm military and 100% disabled. I didn't feel like $30,000.00 for nine windows was a break. I'm not grumpy, I just think they could have offered a better discount. The regular price was $45,000.00. They started with an astronomical number. In Michigan, I could have gotten the project done for 10% less, although they wouldn't have been impact windows. The quality of the door was not good. They had to come three or four times to fix it. They came to fill out the hole, and they are not well filled and will have to do it myself. It was like it was peeling off.
