I hired Reece Dec 6 2022 , my project was 1 door and 5 windows, the assured me it would be completed between 6-8 weeks.12 weeks went by quickly, nothing done. Haven’t heard from anyone at all ,so I called , All boilerplate excuses under the Sun on why it’s taking so long. Viola my windows get installed ( great job 99% .No door until March 2 , Translation door won’t be ready until March 14. I have yet to be called regarding this project , very poor communication, customer service . George M

Had a scheduled sales call. Never showed up, never called to cancel either. I called them and was told that they decided didn’t have enough sales personnel to assign so just decided to cancel my appointment without bothering to call to say so. Apparently are EXTREMELY unreliable,

Communication with Reece was overall a failure. I had to call multiple days to get people to fix where my windows failed inspection. Then, one of my windows was bowed down at least an inch or two, but it took two guys coming out to notice. My screens didn't fit to start due to the bowing, but no one noticed until I called them. Finally, I said specifically I would not be home, but they showed up during that time and wanted me to call back to reschedule. The windows are good, but the crew was sloppy, unprofessional, and aggressive. They put bay winodws in and the outside trim had a gap between the trim boards. They just filled the gap in with caulk. They did sloppy job with the caulk. They said they couldn't finish the job one day and they tried to have us sign a paper saying that they job was finished when it wasn't so they could get paid that week. They had to come back to do the work. Their coordination and attitude was horrible.
