It was done poorly and had to be repaired. I did not get what I paid for.
There was a lack of quality, lack of customer service, and lack of showing backup to finish the job.
It took Reece Builders longer than they said for the project.
It was not what I expected in terms of service. They were not on time, they rescheduled too many times, and it was very messy. They didn't take all of the precautions they needed to take. They destroyed my front garden with no apologies about it The quality of the windows is something else; that is why I went with them.
Took too long for the work to get done and the overall quality is not good at all.
I wouldn't recommend them because of the experience I had with them, and their response to repair needs after they were paid. It's been three months and I'm still waiting on them to address repair needs from their installation. In the beginning, they forgot a window in their estimate after I had already agreed to take their bid, meaning I had to pay a higher amount than I expected.
