It was a very terrible experience with Leafguard of Kansas. It was supposed to be, like, a week job and it took like three to two months. They act like they didn't know what they were doing. I wished we would have shopped around more and got more from other people first.
They were very disorganized, the team that installed the windows did a horrible job the door that I ordered wasn't part of what they brought instead they put a temporary door and it took them 5 months to get the actual door. They miscounted the windows, so one window was missing and it took five months to get it and it was only installed last week, 5 months after the actual installation date. The product is good but their customer service is terrible.
They refused to fix the mess that they made. Craig stopped responding to my emails and calls, and the company has blocked my number. I had tried for months and months until I was able to talk to the general manager from another phone number.
They are not reliable!
They never finished the job. They got their check, and I never heard from them again. The last thing they said was there would be an inspection next week and to leave the moulding and stickers on windows off. That was a couple of months ago. They got their check and disappeared. The promised inspection never materialized. They got their check and ran.
They subcontract and they don't vet the contractors.
Train your representative that comes out to make sure they have all the equipment. Make sure the company understands what they can and can't do when they come out. When you ask a supervisor to come out, make sure they actually come out.
