We made the right choice with Otterly Baths. Jared and Aaron arrived on time and ready to work. They kept us informed all along the way. They ran into an unexpected glitch, got it solved, and forged forward. They assured that we weren't without water for too long. They cleaned up and put their tools away prior to leaving each evening. Utterly Bass was a great company to work with, and the two gentleman that came out and did all the installation. Wyatt and Clayton were awesome very professional. I would highly recommend this company for any bath installations you might have.

Decided to put a walk in shower in the one bathroom. Everything from consultation, communication from the team, to installation was spot on. Very professional. Highly recommend their service.
I just had my bathroom redone by Otterly Baths. I had my tub taken out & a walk in shower installed, new flooring, new vanity sink & toilet. I'm so pleased with the work that Amaya & Pat did. They were very pleasant & knowledgeable. They both answered any questions I had. They worked very well as a team. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks about my bathroom & who did it. Consultation with Blake was great. He explained all the options and installation process and I didn't feel pressured. Oliver and Devon did a fantastic job of demo and installation of new walk in shower. They were very particular and kept the area very neat. Couldn't have asked for a better team.
