We had Otterly install a shower two years ago and was very please with the outcome. Last week they installed a shower in our 2nd bathroom. We are very please with our new shower. This company has stayed professional and there products are top of the line. We have had no issues with the first installation and believe we will have no problems with our 2nd shower. We had an excellent experience with Otterly Baths. The crew took out our old tub and replaced it with a walk-in shower. It is beautiful and meets our needs perfectly. I was so hesitant to do a full gut job remodel on my 1960’s bathroom. The dream team of Ben Radford and his son Benjamin took all the stress out of the situation. We are very pleased with our walk in shower. Jared and Aaron arrived on schedule and worked diligently to install it in one day. They checked with us on the placement of fixtures which could be adjusted for individual preference. Consultant Lish helped us find a shower we like in our price range and, before we asked, applied every discount for which we qualified.
