From the first person I met which was Blake to the guys who measured and ordered the material and then to Jared and Aaron the installers everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. I have to say that Jared and Aaron were the BEST. They were so professional, polite and walked me thru everything they did. They did such an amazing job. The walk-in shower was more spectacular than I even expected. Thank you so much! I would recommend Otterly Baths to everyone!

From first contact through completion of the installation of a walk in shower every individual I met from Otterly was genuinely friendly and helpful. This week we replaced the tub with a walk-in shower and we used Otterly Baths. The shower looks beautiful. We can't say enough about Jared and Aaron. They were professional and courteous and they cleaned up afterwards. I appreciated the time (and patience) they took to review everything with my mom. We would definitely recommend Otterly Baths.

They arrived on time and worked consistently to finish the job time. They were friendly and respectful of my wishes. They did a great job of cleaning up as they worked. I went with them because they are a family owned and operated business. Also a veteran. Highly recommend.

We are very satisfied with the outcome of our Step-In-Shower project. Our Otterly Baths installers AARON and JARED were very professional, knowledgeable, experienced and equipped for the task. From our visit to the Otterly showroom to the Sales Rep on site visit for materials selection, pricing and installation was a very simple and accurate process. Otterly renovated, top to bottom, 2 bathrooms for my granddaughter and her fiancé ( my wedding gift to them). The rep explained everything and gave me an estimate that was just above the lowest estimate received, but promised they would examine for mold or any issue prior to construction and fix it at no charge because it protects their product which is guaranteed. Otterly installed a walk in shower and two new counter tops. Their quality and and work exceeded expectations and their installers were excellent to work with. They were very professional, courteous and maintained communication with us throughout the entire project. We highly recommend them and would not hesitate to to call on them again!!
