From first contact through completion of the installation of a walk in shower every individual I met from Otterly was genuinely friendly and helpful. The products are high value at a fair price and the installers Arron and Jared were highly professional and experienced. I will recommend Otterly Baths to all my friends and family
This week we replaced the tub with a walk-in shower and we used Otterly Baths. The shower looks beautiful. We can't say enough about Jared and Aaron. They were professional and courteous and they cleaned up afterwards. I appreciated the time (and patience) they took to review everything with my mom. We would definitely recommend Otterly Baths.
They arrived on time and worked consistently to finish the job time. They were friendly and respectful of my wishes. They did a great job of cleaning up as they worked. I went with them because they are a family owned and operated business. Also a veteran. Highly recommend.
We are very satisfied with the outcome of our Step-In-Shower project. Our Otterly Baths installers AARON and JARED were very professional, knowledgeable, experienced and equipped for the task. Otterly renovated, top to bottom, 2 bathrooms for my granddaughter and her fiancé ( my wedding gift to them). The rep explained everything and gave me an estimate that was just above the lowest estimate received, but promised they would examine for mold or any issue prior to construction and fix it at no charge because it protects their product which is guaranteed. Otterly installed a walk in shower and two new counter tops. Their quality and and work exceeded expectations and their installers were excellent to work with. They were very professional, courteous and maintained communication with us throughout the entire project. We highly recommend them and would not hesitate to to call on them again!!
Prompt and professional. Work completed in timely manner and installers were careful with specific locations. Products seem to be very good quality. Just felt that prices were a little high even with discount.
Excellent company! From beginning to end they were always in touch, letting me know every detail. My installers, Jared and Aaron, were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They kept me up to date on everything. My new master bathroom shower is not only beautiful but has the added features like grab bars to keep me safe in my home. They cleaned up everything and left my house better than they found it! I couldn’t be happier.
