We had an excellent experience with Otterly Baths. The crew took out our old tub and replaced it with a walk-in shower. It is beautiful and meets our needs perfectly. Every person we came into contact with were professional and informative. We were thoroughly impressed with every person, every step of the process! We highly recommend Otterly Baths!!

What an amazing experience, from start to finish! I was in need of an ADA compliant shower for my health needs, and Otterly Bath delivered an amazing space! Stuart helped me to come up with a plan for what I needed and to pick out fixtures that would be functional and beautiful! I was so hesitant to do a full gut job remodel on my 1960’s bathroom. The dream team of Ben Radford and his son Benjamin took all the stress out of the situation. Their attention to detail and professionalism was outstanding. Friendly, clean and precise, I would highly recommend this dynamic duo! The bathroom looks amazing. It is exactly what I wanted. We are very pleased with our walk in shower. Jared and Aaron arrived on schedule and worked diligently to install it in one day. They checked with us on the placement of fixtures which could be adjusted for individual preference. Consultant Lish helped us find a shower we like in our price range and, before we asked, applied every discount for which we qualified.
Estimate pricing was in line with others, but professional/relaxed presentation sold us. Techs came out and carefully videoed/ measured everything and discussed things with us. We were statused along the way as to when all our materials became available. Our installers - Aaron and Jerod- did an excellent job!! Left our place cleaner than it was when they got here. Highly recommend!
We had a very enjoyable experience with a bathtub removal and installation of walk in shower. Our consultant Blake Bayless was very knowledgeable and helpful putting together our project. The two installers JaredBrumfield and Arron Lynch were fantastic workers completeing the project on time and to our satisfaction.
