Otterly Baths is a wonderful company to work with. We are very pleased with our new shower! The people we worked with from Lish the Design Rep to our installation craftsmen Ben and Ben were fabulous. Decided to put a walk in shower in the one bathroom. Everything from consultation, communication from the team, to installation was spot on. Very professional. Highly recommend their service.
I just had my bathroom redone by Otterly Baths. I had my tub taken out & a walk in shower installed, new flooring, new vanity sink & toilet. I'm so pleased with the work that Amaya & Pat did. They were very pleasant & knowledgeable. They both answered any questions I had. They worked very well as a team. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks about my bathroom & who did it. Thanks so much for the good work.
Consultation with Blake was great. He explained all the options and installation process and I didn't feel pressured. Oliver and Devon did a fantastic job of demo and installation of new walk in shower. They were very particular and kept the area very neat. Couldn't have asked for a better team. I highly recommend Otterly Baths to anyone considering a remodel. I couldn't be happier with my new walk in shower.
Otterly Bath (formerly Bath Masters) are awesome. We went to the showroom to see what they had and met with Blake. As we are getting older we wanted to replace a tub shower to a walk-in shower. As it all is installed we were amazed at the transformation. Ben and Benjamin came to install and they both were very courteous and understanding. Answered any questions we had. We highly recommend this company to do a fantastic job.
Exceptional work by Jared and Aaron. They were prompt and did a wonderful job. They were considerate and kind to us. I would highly recommend this company and these 2 young men to anyone needing their services.
The whole experience was great from start to finish. Blake gave me time to think it over and didn’t pressure me to sign the contract before he left. And the installation team was professional and courteous and kept everything clean. I felt comfortable with everyone throughout the whole process.
This was such a pleasant experience from the get go! I felt valued and appreciated and their workmanship was super! They even sent me a jar of chocolate chip cookies to thank ME!!! Who does that? Thanks to the entire team! Donna E.
