The whole experience was great from start to finish. Blake gave me time to think it over and didn’t pressure me to sign the contract before he left. And the installation team was professional and courteous and kept everything clean. I felt comfortable with everyone throughout the whole process.

for the first time in 50 years we hired a company that actually did everything they said they would. we went from a tub to a walk in shower and the entire process went as smooth as silk. Blake explained everything in detail. Molly kept the emails coming letting us know when the parts were in and ready to go..thanks to our crew of Chase and Darian for a job well done.

Great Communication. Would recommend to friends and family. Smooth traction. As far as product, I'm not sure, we have no opinion yet, As the work was just finished, and have yet to build an opinion. Companies have resorted to satisfaction quizzes immediately that we can't report on the product.

We are extremely satisfied with our bathroom remodels. We had a bathtub converted into a walk-in shower and another bathtub upgraded. From the representative to the customer support, to the installers, all were courteous, helpful, professional,knowledgeable, and very patient in addressing our inquiries. On Sept. 10th I had a third shower renovation completed and I could not be more pleased! I specifically asked that Amaya be lead on the install, as she’s done two other showers in my house. This time I suggested replacing an old, crowded shower to my brother so he could access it easier.. Anyone having physical movement limitations would benefit by installing the fold-up chair option. The shower is beautiful with subway tile, plus my brother can now get in and out much easier and safely with no molded seats taking up space..... read more

A+ work from Bath Masters. Clay and Wyatt did an awesome job installing a new walk-in shower in my home. I couldn't ask for better customer service from Molly and Tracy. Blake came to my house to demonstrate the products that I could get and was able to give me an awesome price that topped everyone else that I talked to. Great customer service all around!

I received an excellent installation on my two bath/showers by Amaya and Pat and I am very pleased with the finished projects. At first I thought it was too costly and I had anxiety by thinking what am I getting myself into and am I about to get ripped off BUT they do not cut corners, they are clean, professional and they are experts at plumbing so the old expression “you get what you pay for” applies here all the way down from the in home sales team to the installers. Jared and Aaron were very pleasant and did quality work. We had an issue with water damage and they were able to come up with a solution and fix the damage before doing the install. EXCELLENT! Review your contact details carefully to ensure that all your desired parts are included. The shower looks ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They were on time, schedule, and budget.
