I recently had a need to have remodeling work done on my Master bathroom. I called Master Bath and a representative was scheduled for the following day. Upon reviewing my situation, the representative made suggestions that fixed my problems and was within my budget. My construction date was set on that date, Oliver and Patrick, the two construction specialists arrived on time and started the demo process. within hours they started the rebuilding process. Our walk in tub was scheduled to be installed the first week of October. Due to a medical emergency, the installation had to be pushed back a few weeks. No problem! Spencer, Zach and Don installed the tub in a timely manner and any questions we had were addressed in a professional manner. We are pleased!

Jon C and Spencer T provided exemplary service while updating my bathroom. They tore out old tiles around the bathtub and wainscoting, installed acrylic wall sheeting, and installed new Moen fixtures throughout the bathroom. Got an estimate to have a shower replaced from Otterly Baths (formerly Bath Masters). The estimator was nice and personable. The estimate however was not! As she was figuring out the estimate, I noticed on her computer that there was a category for "Markup" the number listed was 750%. I was expecting an estimate of $3000-$5000. The estimate I received was over $17,000. Marking up their cost by 750% is a clear case of price gouging.
