I received an excellent installation on my two bath/showers by Amaya and Pat and I am very pleased with the finished projects. Jared and Aaron were very pleasant and did quality work. We had an issue with water damage and they were able to come up with a solution and fix the damage before doing the install. EXCELLENT! There are not enough stars on the chart. If you are considering a bath remodel of any kind Bath Masters is the place to go. They redid my bathroom from a tub to a walk-in shower and it is SO beautiful. They anticipated my every whim and even had extra suggestions. Every person had customer service as their lens in dealing with us. The work was amazing - the two young men who did our install were top notch. We did a tub/shower conversion to a walk in shower and a refresh of another walk in shower and added a larger tub. They were timely - even started the job early and competitively priced. Would absolutely recommend!Ā
We are ecstatic with our new walk in shower and floor. From Blake, the sales man, to the office workers and Amaya and Pat the installers we could not have asked for more friendly, accommodating, polite, and knowledgeable people to work with. Everyone from the salesperson, scheduler, installers and the maintenance person who switch out our shower head in a timely manner. The head that the salesman picked was square and I like round, but I didnāt specify so I made that mistake. All fixed and looks great. All were excellent, pleasant and highly professional.
