Chase did a excellent job on our full bath remodel. We had a small issue after it was done, we called them and it was resolved quickly. From start to finish was 5 plus star!
Arrived on time,friendly,neat in appearance.Maya and Oliver were very considerate,and worked without stopping,and very professional.Highly recommend Otterly Baths! Very happy with product.
Amazing team and craftsmanship. The only suggestion for potential customers would be requesting an itemized estimate so you can see pricing for all items instead of just a total price. The installers didnt have the towel bar we ordered, and the installers had to contact the office to see how much to deduct from our bill. We were also concerned if the deducted amount equaled the original price we were charged. If we had an itemized bill, there would have been no concern.
We had a walkin shower installed. These people are highly professional. Workmanship is second to none. Every person I dealt with were all well trained pros. I will highly recommend these folks to anyone.
The installers Sebastian and Kenny did a great job. There was a problem with my vanity light, but they came up with a workaround until I can get a new one. Best of all they were on time and did not waste any time.
Working with Otterly Baths was a very easy experience from start to finish. Excellent communication through the entire process with everyone involved. Ben and Ben were great to work with, always on time and very clean and efficient. Would definitely recommend them to everyone for their bathroom remodel.
The installers Jared & Aaron had done an excellent job all the way around. From their respectfulness to the way it was cleaned up after the installation was done & everything in between!! Thank you for doing an amazing job!!

From the first person I met which was Blake to the guys who measured and ordered the material and then to Jared and Aaron the installers everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. I have to say that Jared and Aaron were the BEST. They were so professional, polite and walked me thru everything they did. They did such an amazing job. The walk-in shower was more spectacular than I even expected. Thank you so much! I would recommend Otterly Baths to everyone!
