Estimate pricing was in line with others, but professional/relaxed presentation sold us. Techs came out and carefully videoed/ measured everything and discussed things with us. We were statused along the way as to when all our materials became available. Our installers - Aaron and Jerod- did an excellent job!! Left our place cleaner than it was when they got here. Highly recommend!
We had a very enjoyable experience with a bathtub removal and installation of walk in shower. Our consultant Blake Bayless was very knowledgeable and helpful putting together our project. The two installers JaredBrumfield and Arron Lynch were fantastic workers completeing the project on time and to our satisfaction.
Otterly Baths replaced both of my bathrooms and I am so happy to have chosen them. The bathrooms are better than imagined. Jared and Aaron were true professionals and went above and beyond. I would definately recommend otterly to friends and family.
Hands down I would recommend Otterly Baths!!!!! From the onset and getting quote from Blake Bayliff and then working with Ashley on the details and Steve remeasuring prior to installation. 100% easy to work.with. My husband had surgery and we needed to have our Tub/shower taken out and have a walk in shower put in. Otterly was amazing. They were so thoughtful and helpful with the whole process. We love our new shower and I couldn’t recommend Otterly Baths more! You won’t be disappointed!

Sebastion and Kenny did an awesome job with the shower conversion . They were on time, very polite and considerate and cleaned up after themselves ! We had a couple of issues that we worked with Cooper on that were resolved . I agree with another customer that we definitely need an itemized bill , not just a job total.
We were very pleased with our shower install by Otterly Baths. Ben and Ben couldn’t have been more professional and pleasant to work with.
Jared and Aaron the installers did an excellent job. Very clean and professional and kept me informed on the project. Had walk in shower turned back into tub/shower combo and it turned out beautiful. My wife and I are very happy with our new bathroom.
