They did a wonderful job on my house. Roof looks great, cleaned the property before they left. The tarp broke a sprinkler head in my garden. The manager brought it to me, got the parts from Lowes and repaired it the next morning. They took one break for lunch that seemed to be about 20 minutes at most. They started at 6:50 in the morning and worked all day until they were finished after 6pm. A really long day for them to work with no breaks. I would hire them again at any time.

I would not hesitate to have them do roof repairs to people I know. Their workplace preparation was extremely professional and organized everything around the house effectively protected. Supervision by ******** a 10 . Communication skills 10. Job well done . Watched other roofs do things very fast I always preferred Quality of work , Quantity , and Cost . Batterbee may not be The Best but guaranteed better than the Rest here in *************** *****

Had missing shingles on the ridge. Called Batterbee and they responded promptly. They came out to inspect the area, give an estimate and put a tarp on the ridge to prevent damage. They kept me updated and fixed the missing shingles in a timely manner. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and let me know exactly what they were doing. Very impressed and I would use them again.
