Initial conversations were good. Process got a bit inconsistent in the middle with paperwork. There were a couple miscommunications. As for project day, work was efficient and thorough. Project supervisor, ********, was great. Easy to communicate with and attentive. Final work looked great and to a good standard.
The Batterbee Roofing kept me well informed of the process and when they would arrive for the work. They arrived to set up before sunrise since it was a large job. The temp was 36 then subtract the wind chill. After setting up to protect everything they got up on the roof to work. They did not complain about the weather and even when it started a light rain with the cold temp they kept working. The job was completed the next day just as planned. Extremely pleased with all aspects of this transaction, from meeting with the sales **** the netting of my home, putting on the roof, to the final cleanup!
