I was extremely satisfied with Batterbee Roofing. The experience was no stress, beginning with the salesperson and the communication. The removal of the old roof and installation of the new one was completed in one day, despite a drizzle. Clean-up was spot on, went above and beyond what I would normally expect.. I researched roofing companies extensively and watched the roofing process while several neighbors got new roofs. None can compare to the FIVE STAR service from Batterbee Roofing from beginning to finish. I was impressed with all their employees and especially with the team supervisor who was giving us constant updates and answered all our questions. From protecting our plants and house to the expert cleaning process after it was easy and seamless. Thank you Batterbee.

Batterbee Roofing was a great company to work with for roof replacement. From start to finish, from the quote to clean-up, I have zero complaints or concerns. During the installation, the supervisor kept me informed on what the crew was doing and how long it would take. He was personable and accurate. I highly recommend Batterbee Roofing.

Batterbee was the 3rd roofing company I contacted and the only one that didn't try to coherce me into buying a new roof. The sales rep ******** was professional, thorough and friendly! When I explained the situation and my experience, ******** focused only on repairing the roof. I expect to use them to replace the entire roof in just a couple of years when I have the cash.

Completed roof in one day. Protected windows, plants around home with cloth before starting job. Before starting, verified work order to be sure completed work agreed to in contract. Had supervisor on site during install. Cleaned up very well. Good follow up from office staff after completion. All very friendly
