Batterbee installed new roof for us in 2016. Called Batterbee this year regarding installation of attic fans. Company representative completed a survey/analysis and recommended installation of 2 solar exhaust fans. During installation, roof damage was seen. Batterbee completed the repairs, noting, up front, that the repair was at no charge/covered by warranty. I had a quote given on the 8th and they were doing a full replacement 20 days later. ****** K and his crew were there at 7AM and were cleaned up and complete by 2 PM. They made sure to protect around my home as well as do a thorough inspection and replaced rotten spots as needed. They even went the extra mile on a couple spots that needed some sealant. I could not be happier with ****** and the Batterbee Group. From start to finish very professional, informative and courteous folks!!
