From start with inspection - to finish with cleanup the Batterbee employees were a professional team. I felt respected as a customer. I commend ******, my on-site project manager. He kept me informed throughout the roof replacement. He answered all my questions and truly went above and beyond what I expected.

Your company did an awesome job on our roof. The two men handling the repairs were hard workers. They did a great job cleaning up also!!!! It's too early to tell how the repairs are doing. Will know more after the hurricane season is over. Thank you again for your quick attention and help.

I just wanted to let you know that we are very pleased with our new roof replacement. The crew, with **** on site, were caught in a rain event, almost 1/2", and 15 to 20 mph winds which they knew was coming. I'm glad they were able to get it dried in before the rain event, GOOD JOB! The crew must have been soaked and very cold with that wind. The job was completed the next day and did a great job with the clean up.

I had water coming in my laundry room after rain. The dryer vent had rusted through. They replaced the vent and sealed everything checking and photographing the surrounding wood. Inspected my entire roof and gave me the results. The roof is in good shape for a 10 year old roof. Will definitely call them when it is time to replace the roof

Couldn't be happier with Batterbee's service and product. From Salesman to Project Manager and Workers, wonderful experience. One hitch: they didn't reinstall my DISH satellite properly; however, I was warned by everyone! and told I may need to call DISH. I did and all's back to normal! Roof is beautiful. Really appreciate the options they gave me and helping me make good and comfortable decisions on an important investment. Happy with Batterbee!
