I was extremely satisfied with Batterbee Roofing. The experience was no stress, beginning with the salesperson and the communication. The removal of the old roof and installation of the new one was completed in one day, despite a drizzle. Clean-up was spot on, went above and beyond what I would normally expect.. Batterbee was the 3rd roofing company I contacted and the only one that didn't try to coherce me into buying a new roof. The sales rep ******** was professional, thorough and friendly! When I explained the situation and my experience, ******** focused only on repairing the roof. I expect to use them to replace the entire roof in just a couple of years when I have the cash.
Completed roof in one day. Protected windows, plants around home with cloth before starting job. Before starting, verified work order to be sure completed work agreed to in contract. Had supervisor on site during install. Cleaned up very well. Good follow up from office staff after completion. All very friendly
