Had missing shingles on the ridge. Called Batterbee and they responded promptly. They came out to inspect the area, give an estimate and put a tarp on the ridge to prevent damage. They kept me updated and fixed the missing shingles in a timely manner. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and let me know exactly what they were doing. Very impressed and I would use them again.

******* did an excellent job of presenting the roofing options. Edgars crew and **** (Supervisor) completed the roof replacement in only one day. Very professional. Highly recommend this company.

Initial conversations were good. Process got a bit inconsistent in the middle with paperwork. There were a couple miscommunications. As for project day, work was efficient and thorough. Project supervisor, ********, was great. Easy to communicate with and attentive. Final work looked great and to a good standard.
