Could not be happier! Our new roof was installed yesterday (by manager ****** and a team of hard working individuals). A GREAT job and more beautiful every time I see it. Thank you ******** ****** ****** and all at Batterbee!!
Initial conversations were good. Process got a bit inconsistent in the middle with paperwork. There were a couple miscommunications. As for project day, work was efficient and thorough. Project supervisor, ********, was great. Easy to communicate with and attentive. Final work looked great and to a good standard.
The Batterbee Roofing kept me well informed of the process and when they would arrive for the work. They arrived to set up before sunrise since it was a large job. The temp was 36 then subtract the wind chill. After setting up to protect everything they got up on the roof to work. They did not complain about the weather and even when it started a light rain with the cold temp they kept working. The job was completed the next day just as planned. Extremely pleased with all aspects of this transaction, from meeting with the sales **** the netting of my home, putting on the roof, to the final cleanup! The workers were easy to work with, and the ******* was most helpful answering any of my questions.Would most definitely recommend Batterbee Roofing to anyone needing a new roof! Excellent attention to detail & communicated through the whole process. The onsite supervisor ****** stayed with the job & made sure I was satisfied & came inside to clean my solar tubes & showed me how. The roof looks great. They are not the cheapest in town but well worth the extra money! I could not be happiier!
