First, Sam ******** is an excellent sales rep. He broke down the process and ensured that I was informed every step of the way. The company as a whole was wonderful to work with. Rhett, Stevie, Shelby, and the on-site supervisor Emmanual all did a great job. Because of the tag team efforts the job was completed ahead of schedule which allowed me to renew my Homeowners insurance on time. Thanks Batterbee Team! Keep up the great work.

Batterbee was quick and efficient in fixing a leak, and I didn’t hesitate to call when I needed reroofing. They throughly explained process, cost and schedule. I really appreciated the updates on status. In general, would highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the roof replacement by Batterbee Roofing. it took a little longer than I expected to have the style/color of shingles ordered. After a brief confusion of accessories, the job was completed and clean up was done. All the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Everything that Batterbee did was excellent from the sale rep to the clean-up of the property. The contractor they used to add a section of gutter to the building was also excellent.

Batterbee went to great lengths to make sure I understood exactly how the new roof would be installed. They answered all questions, workers worked steadily and did a great cleanup job. Very thorough sales and office staff.

Batterbee Roofing did a great job on replacing our roof. Starting with Anthony their salesman down to the "last man standing" coming off the job site it was professional all the way. Ours was a full two day job. They cleaned up everything when they left for the day. I counted six,that's 6 times they made passes around the house with the magnet to pick up nails. They also completely netted the outside to protect windows,doors,shrubs etc. as much as possible from falling debris. It worked and was impressive. Manny was our job ... read more
