Great roofing experience from first contact to set up an appointment, to meeting a knowledgeable professional roofing salesperson. Meeting a competent project manager who walks you through every step of the installation and informs you if he steps away from your site even for a few minutes. They set up all the protection for my house. They covered my paver driveway with tarps and sheets of plywood to protect the pavers. The workers kept my property clean and neat. Batterbee's representatives were probably the best we've ever dealt with. Starting with the receptionist who answered the phone to Charles who came out to explain every step of the process to us and Josh who supervised and answered any questions we had. I'm very glad I chose Batterbee Roofing for my roof replacement. They sent Sam Robinson to my home with samples and he answered all of my questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. Sam quoted me a competitive price for a "professional" contractor and even gave me a senior discount. They use Owens-Corning materials all made in the USA. The job was done all in one day. Batterbee is the best contractor we have ever dealt with. They are extremely professional and customer oriented throughout their organization. We were well informed through the entire process. We needed the job to get completed by a specific date to meet insurance constraints and Batterbee delivered well ahead of our timeline. The quality of their work is first class all the way. First, Sam ******** is an excellent sales rep. He broke down the process and ensured that I was informed every step of the way. The company as a whole was wonderful to work with. Rhett, Stevie, Shelby, and the on-site supervisor Emmanual all did a great job. Because of the tag team efforts the job was completed ahead of schedule which allowed me to renew my Homeowners insurance on time. Thanks Batterbee Team! Keep up the great work.

I am very pleased with the roof replacement by Batterbee Roofing. it took a little longer than I expected to have the style/color of shingles ordered. After a brief confusion of accessories, the job was completed and clean up was done. All the staff was friendly and accommodating.
